A dominante merlot noir, il bénéficie d’une belle rondeur, onctueux, aux arômes de fruits noirs comme la cerise noire, la mûre et le principe de buvabilité et de fraicheur sur ce vin lui donne un caractère très adapté à n’importe quel moment de dégustation. Château La CROIX Le Château La CROIX est le nouveau-né de la propriété avec pour premier millésime le est très similaire au Château PERRON car bénéficie de la même attention, ainsi que des mêmes objectifs de production. Château PERRON La FLeur Le Château PERRON La Fleur est une sélection de 100% Merlot sur les plus vieilles vignes de la propriété. Ramassé manuellement et élevé dans des cuves tronconiques à 50% vin est souvent plus dense que les Châteaux PERRON ou La Croix. Il a un gros potentiel de garde et saura s’apprécier en dégustation pure ou sur un plat principal à base de viande rouge. Château PIERREFITTE Le Château PIERREFITTE est une sélection sur les jeunes vignes de la propriété. Il est vinifié et élaboré dans l’esprit d’un vin très facile d’accès pouvant se marier avec tout type de dominante de merlot il saura ravir par ses arômes de fruit noir. Le Château La Croix Chaigneau est le second vin du Château Haut-Chaigneau. Le vin obtenu est concentré, droit avec des tannins gras et un fruit juteux. Le grand millésime est confirmé !
